Adamawa State University (ADSU) has officially released the timetable for its 2025/2026 accommodation allocation, giving both new and returning students a clear roadmap for securing hostel spaces ahead of the new academic session. The update was issued by the Student Affairs Division on December 4, 2025, and includes detailed steps, requirements, and campus-specific arrangements.
Key Dates: Allocation in Two Rounds
In a notice to students, the Student Affairs Division confirmed that the hostel allocation process will take place in two phases:
- First Round: January 8, 2026
- Second Round: January 15, 2026
Students are required to present a photocopy of their current school fees receipt at the Student Affairs Office on the appropriate date.
Once a space is selected, the reservation remains valid for four days only. Failure to make full payment within that period means the space will be automatically forfeited.
