Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) Opens Admission for New Undergraduate Programmes — Apply Now
Port Harcourt, Nigeria — The Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has officially announced the commencement of its 2025/2026 undergraduate admission exercise, inviting qualified UTME candidates to apply for its newly approved degree programmes.
The opportunity is open to both first-choice applicants and those willing to change their preferred institution to IAUE through the JAMB portal.

- B.Sc. Fisheries and Aquaculture

Faculty of Management Sciences:
- B.Sc. Environmental Management

Eligibility Criteria
IAUE outlined the following categories of eligible applicants:
A. First-choice candidates:
- Must have selected IAUE in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME.
- Must score a minimum of 150 in UTME.
- Must possess the correct O’Level subject combinations, including English Language and Mathematics.
B. Change-of-institution candidates:
- Must have scored at least 150 in UTME.
- Must have valid O’Level results with the right subject combinations.
- Must complete a Change of Institution via the official JAMB portal before applying.
How to Apply for IAUE Admission
All applications are to be completed online through the IAUE admission portal. Applicants must pay a non-refundable fee of ₦15,000 using a Visa, Verve, or Mastercard debit card.
Steps for New Applicants:
- Visit the official IAUE website
- Under the Admission tab, select Undergraduate Studies.
- Click 2025/2026 UTME/DE Screening Registration.
- Choose Register for 2025/2026 Session UTME/DE Screening.
- Fill out and submit the online application form.
- A confirmation email containing your login details will be sent to your registered email address — keep it safe for future access.
For Returning Candidates (Previously Registered but Not Yet Admitted):
- Log in to your IAUE portal profile.
- Choose your preferred course (check JAMB IBASS for requirements).
- Monitor your admission status on JAMB CAPS
