Admiralty University of Nigeria Announces Second Batch Admission List for 2025/2026 Academic Session
The Admiralty University of Nigeria (ADUN) has officially released the second batch of admission offers for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the university’s admission office, candidates who applied to ADUN and selected the institution as their first choice can now confirm their admission status through the official JAMB CAPS portal starting October 23, 2025.
The management urged all applicants to check their status promptly to ensure a smooth acceptance and registration process ahead of resumption.
How to Check ADUN Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
Applicants can check their admission status by following these simple steps:
- Visit the JAMB E-Facility Portal.
- Log in using your JAMB email and password.
- Scroll down and click “Check Admission Status.”
- Select “Access my CAPS.”
- Click “Admission Status” to see if you’ve been offered admission into ADUN.
Understanding Your JAMB CAPS Admission Status
Here’s what each response on your JAMB CAPS means:
- Admission Offered: Congratulations! You’ve been officially admitted to ADUN. Accept or reject your offer directly on the portal.
- Admission in Progress (AIP): Your admission is being processed by both JAMB and the university.
- Recommended: Your name has been forwarded to JAMB for final approval.
- Not Admitted: You’ve not been offered admission yet—don’t panic, more lists may still follow.
- Pending: Your application is still under review.
What to Do After Accepting Your ADUN Admission
Once admitted, candidates must accept or reject the offer either:
- At any authorized JAMB CBT Centre (see the list of approved centres), or
- By sending ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number registered with JAMB.
After acceptance, students should print their JAMB Admission Letter for documentation purposes.

ADUN Resumption Date for Fresh Students
The university announced that all newly admitted 100-level students are to resume on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
Further information on hostel allocation, orientation programmes, and registration procedures will be communicated by the Student Welfare Board before the resumption date.
