Zamfara State University Announces Screening Schedule for 2025/2026 Admitted Students
Zamfara State University, Talata Mafara (ZAMSUT) has officially announced the commencement of its screening exercise for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The university’s management urges all UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who have been offered provisional admission to take part in the screening and confirmation process as scheduled below.
ZAMSUT Screening Schedule
- Date: Monday, 13th October 2025
- Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily (Monday to Friday)
- Venue: University Temporary Site, Talata Mafara
All admitted candidates are expected to appear for the exercise within the stipulated dates and times.
Required Documents for ZAMSUT Screening
Candidates must come with both original and photocopies of the following documents for verification:
- E-PIN for acceptance fee (purchased at Zenith Bank, Talata Mafara Branch)
- JAMB Admission Letter (original and coloured duplicate copy)
- Original JAMB Result Slip
- Evidence of Admission
- Photocopy of Biodata Form
- Primary School Certificate and Testimonial
- O-Level Result (Original Certificate)
- Letter of Indigene
- Declaration of Age or Birth Certificate
- NIN Slip
- Four (4) recent passport photographs
Candidates are advised to arrange their documents neatly and ensure they are complete to avoid any delay during verification.

The university warns that failure to attend the screening within the specified period may lead to delays in clearance or course registration. Students are strongly encouraged to adhere strictly to all screening guidelines provided by the institution.
