If your university is not listed, you are unfortunately not eligible for this year’s award.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the FCM Foundation Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a female Muslim student.
  • Currently be in 200 or 300 level of study.
  • Be enrolled in one of the listed universities.
  • Maintain at least a 4.0 CGPA (out of 5.0) or its equivalent.
  • Be available to attend the mandatory mentorship session in Lagos.

How to Apply

Interested candidates should visit the FCM Foundation scholarship application page and complete the online application form. All required documents must be uploaded clearly before submission.

Required Documents

Applicants must prepare and upload the following:

  1. Valid student ID card.
  2. Reference letter from a recognized Islamic organisation, on official letterhead, addressed to The Executive Director, First Class Muslim Foundation, Lagos. (Note: Letters from campus student groups will not be accepted.)
  3. Recent academic result slip, stamped and signed by the Head of Department.
  4. Personal statement (maximum 300 words), written in Century Gothic, font size 12, line spacing 1.5, with your full name at the top. Save as PDF.

Important: The personal statement must be original. If more than 20% of it is AI-generated, the application will be disqualified immediately.

Application Deadline

The deadline for submission is September 10, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
