LAUTECH Extends Post-UTME/Direct Entry Registration, Announces New Screening Dates

If Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) is your dream school, here’s good news: the university has officially extended the 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry registration deadline, while also shifting its screening dates.

According to a statement signed by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Rasaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu, the Post-UTME/DE application—earlier set to close on Wednesday, August 20, 2025—will now run until Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

Meanwhile, the Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise originally scheduled for August 25–26, 2025 has been postponed. The new dates are Monday, September 8, and Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

Translation: You’ve just been given more time to complete your application. No excuses this time—once September 3 hits, the portal closes for good.

Who Can Apply for LAUTECH Post-UTME 2025?

Before you rush to the portal, here’s what you must have:

LAUTECH as first choice on JAMB
Minimum UTME score of 170 (some courses require higher—see cut-off list below)
Age 16 or older by September 30, 2025
Upload of O’Level results on JAMB CAPS before the deadline

For Direct Entry applicants:

• At least Lower Credit or Merit in ND, NCE, HND, JUPEB, or a degree
• Five relevant O’Level credits
• For Medicine, Nursing, or Medical Lab Science, credits must be in one sitting

1. Visit the  LAUTECH admission portal
2. Pay ₦5,000 total (₦2,000 for the form, ₦3,000 portal access) using your ATM card
3. Fill the application form carefully
4. Upload a passport photo (white background, JPEG, under 20KB)
5. Submit and confirm via your email

Direct Entry (DE) Applicants
