Delta State University of Science and Technology (DSUST), Ozoro, has officially announced its HND to B.Sc. Conversion Programme for the 2025/2026 academic year.

This programme is designed for Higher National Diploma (HND) holders who want to upgrade their qualifications to a full Bachelor’s degree. For many students, it’s more than just another certificate—it’s a chance to climb higher, boost career opportunities, and step into bigger roles.

Admission Requirements

To qualify for the DSUST HND to B.Sc. Conversion, applicants must:

  1. Hold an HND certificate from a recognised Polytechnic or College of Technology approved by NBTE, with at least a Credit Pass.
  2. Have completed the NYSC programme or present a valid Exemption/Discharge Certificate.

No shortcuts—candidates must meet these requirements before applying.

How to Apply

The application process is straightforward but strictly offline. Here’s how:

  1. Visit any Deposit Money Bank (not microfinance banks).
  2. Pay ₦30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Naira) as a Bank Draft made payable to Southern Delta University, Ozoro.
  3. Take the Bank Draft to the Bursary Department of DSUST for a receipt.
  4. Proceed to the Admission Office to obtain and complete your application form.

Note: Online applications are not yet available. All applicants must apply in person at the university.
