KSUSTA throws open 2025 admission doors
The Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero (KSUSTA), has officially announced the start of its 2025/2026 undergraduate Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise.
The screening will run strictly online from Wednesday, August 20, 2025, to Friday, September 12, 2025. For many aspiring students, this is the long-awaited chance to secure a place at one of Nigeria’s fast-rising universities.
Who is eligible?
The university has made the eligibility rules simple and clear:
- UTME Candidates: Must have chosen KSUSTA as their first choice and scored a minimum of 150 in UTME.

- Faculty of Agriculture: Agriculture, Fisheries, Forestry – 150 to 160
- Faculty of Education: Most courses – 150 to 160
- Faculty of Life Sciences: Biochemistry, Microbiology – 160 to 170
- Faculty of Physical Sciences: Computer Science – 160 to 170, others – 150 to 160
- Faculty of Engineering: Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, ICT – 160 to 170
- Faculty of Environmental Science: Architecture & Building – 160 to 170, Planning & Surveying – 150 to 160
- College of Health Sciences: Nursing – up to 250, Medicine & Surgery – 220 to 250
For Direct Entry applicants, requirements range from Lower Credit to Distinction, depending on the chosen course.
How to Apply for KSUSTA Post-UTME 2025
The entire process is online. No need to visit the university physically. Follow these steps carefully:
- Visit the KSUSTA application portal.
- Enter your JAMB registration number to confirm eligibility.
- Click “More Information” beside your chosen course.
- Select “Apply Now” and sign in with Google or create a new account.
- Activate your email with the code sent to you.
- Pay the ₦2,000 non-refundable fee online.
- Complete the application form with accurate details and submit.
- Print your screening form for reference.
Key Reminders for Candidates
- Upload your O’level results on JAMB CAPS before applying.

- Admission offers will appear on your JAMB profile, and you must accept them there.
