FUHSA Post UTME & Direct Entry Screening 2025: Dates, Cut-Off Marks, and Registration Guide
The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) has officially announced that registration for its 2025/2026 Post UTME and Direct Entry screening will run from Thursday, August 7, to Thursday, August 21, 2025.
The exercise is open to candidates seeking admission into any of FUHSA’s undergraduate programmes for the new academic session.
Approved FUHSA Cut-Off Marks for 2025/2026 Admission
In line with JAMB’s admission policy, FUHSA’s Senate has approved the following minimum UTME scores:
- MBBS Medicine & Surgery, BDS Dentistry: 220 and above
- Nursing Sciences, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Radiography, BMLS, Audiology: 200 and above
- Nutrition & Dietetics, IT & Health Informatics, Environmental Health Sciences, Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Speech Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Health Information Management, Public Health, Pharmacology: 160 and above
- Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology: 150 and above
Who is Eligible to Apply?
You can apply for FUHSA Post UTME or Direct Entry if you:
- Sat for the 2025 UTME, met the required cut-off for your course, and chose FUHSA as your first choice.
- Have at least five relevant O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry (in not more than two sittings).
- Wrote the correct UTME subject combination for your chosen course.
How to Register for FUHSA Post UTME 2025
- Visit the FUHSA official website and read the registration instructions.
- Go to the FUHSA admissions portal and create your personal account.
- Pay the screening fee of ₦2,000 via the online portal.
- Complete your application form and print the acknowledgement slip—this slip will include your physical screening date.
Physical Screening Dates
Physical screening will be held from Tuesday, August 26, to Friday, August 29, 2025. Your exact date will be stated on your acknowledgement slip after completing registration.
