Federal Polytechnic Ayede Opens 2025/2026 ND Admissions — Here’s How to Apply

The Federal Polytechnic Ayede has officially announced the commencement of its admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you’re aiming for a National Diploma (ND) and scored 120 and above in the 2025 UTME, this could be your opportunity.

The application window opens Monday, August 4, 2025 and closes Friday, September 19, 2025 — giving prospective students just six weeks to secure their spot.

The polytechnic is offering two-year full-time ND programmes across five schools:

1. School of Agricultural Technology

  • Agricultural Technology

2. School of Engineering Technology

  • Computer Engineering Technology
  • Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology

3. School of Environmental Technology

  • Estate Management and Valuation
  • Urban and Regional Planning

4. School of Management Sciences

  • Accountancy
  • Business Administration and Management
  • Public Administration
  • Office Technology and Management

5. School of Science and Technology

  • Computer Science
  • Science Laboratory Technology
  • Statistics
  • Tourism Management Technology

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for admission, applicants must:

  • Have chosen Federal Polytechnic Ayede as their first choice in UTME or be ready to process a JAMB Change of Institution.
  • Score at least 120 in UTME.
  • Possess five O’Level credits (including English and Mathematics) in not more than two sittings.
  • Upload their O’Level results to JAMB CAPS through an accredited CBT centre.
  • Awaiting result candidates are welcome but must upload results before admission closes.

How to Apply

  1. If you didn’t select the polytechnic initially, visit the JAMB portal to change your institution to Federal Polytechnic Ayede.
  2. Go to the Federal Polytechnic Ayede admission portal to purchase the Post-UTME form.
  3. Pay the ₦2,000 application fee (excluding Remita and administrative charges) online via the portal.
  4. Use a valid personal email address throughout the process.

Important Advice

Nigeria’s online portals can be unpredictable — don’t wait until the deadline. Apply early to avoid last-minute network issues.
