UNIZIK Post-UTME 2025: Registration Now Open — See Cut-Off Marks, Requirements & Deadlines
If Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (UNIZIK) is your top choice for university admission in 2025, now is the time to act. The school has officially opened its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening portal for the 2025/2026 academic session—but the registration window is tight.
Registration started Monday, July 28, and closes on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Miss it, and there are no second chances.
Who Can Apply?
For UTME Candidates:
You’re eligible to apply if:
- You chose UNIZIK or any of its affiliate institutions as your first choice.
- You meet the minimum cut-off mark for your selected course.
- Didn’t choose UNIZIK? You can still apply after changing your institution at any JAMB CBT centre.

Important:
If your JAMB subject combination does not match your chosen course, you’ll be required to switch to a course you’re eligible for before registration.
For Direct Entry Candidates:
In addition to the UTME requirements above, Direct Entry applicants must:
- Hold a valid OND, HND, A’Level certificate or First Degree.
- Upload all required documents online.
- Send transcripts to:
The Registrar, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. - Submit hard copies to the Admissions Office on or before August 16.
If your transcript doesn’t arrive on time, you will not be considered.
How to Register for UNIZIK Post-UTME 2025:
- Visit the UNIZIK application portal
- Input your JAMB registration number, LGA, and UTME subjects
- Fill in your email, phone number, date of birth, and create a password
- Verify your email with the code sent to your inbox
- Log in with your details
- Upload your O’Level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)
- Pay ₦2,000 via Remita (online or bank)
- Submit your application
- Check your email for confirmation
You can still edit your O’Level result after submission, but only until the August 16 deadline.

- Registration & document upload deadline: August 16, 2025
- Ensure all results are uploaded to JAMB CAPS

Important Warnings from UNIZIK:
- Don’t pay anyone promising to help with admission.
- Only use the UNIZIK portal
- Payments made with incorrect JAMB details won’t be refunded.
- Candidates or agents caught in bribery will be reported to authorities.
