To qualify for the screening and potential admission, candidates must:
- Choose Federal Polytechnic Offa as their first choice in JAMB or make the switch via the JAMB portal.
- Score at least 100 in the 2025 UTME.
- Possess five (5) relevant O’Level credits in no more than two sittings.
- Upload their O’Level results to JAMB CAPS through an accredited CBT centre.
- Have a valid personal email address (mandatory for all updates).
- Candidates awaiting results can apply, but must upload results promptly to avoid disqualification.
How to Apply
Follow these steps carefully:
- Visit the Offa Poly screening portal.
- Make a non-refundable payment of ₦2,000 using an ATM card (Interswitch enabled).
- Fill in your personal information as required.
- Upload your academic results and necessary documents.
- Print the Post Screening Slip and Security Form.
- Submit the printed Security Form in person at the Security Office, Main Campus, Ojoku Road, Offa.
Note: Your full name must appear in the same order on your JAMB and O’Level results — Surname First.
