AKSU has officially announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. This is your chance to secure admission into one of Nigeria’s fast-rising public universities — but act fast! The deadline is Friday, August 29, 2025.
Who Can Apply?
UTME candidates who:
- Scored 150 and above
- Chose AKSU as first choice in JAMB
Direct Entry (DE) candidates with:
- A-level, NCE, ND, or HND qualifications

Screening Requirements
Before registering, ensure you have the following documents:
- 2025 UTME result slip
- DE registration slip (for Direct Entry applicants)
- ND, HND, NCE, or A-level certificate (for DE only)
- Birth certificate
- Certificate of origin
- AKSU registration confirmation slip
How to Apply for AKSU Post-UTME 2025
Follow these steps carefully:
- Go to the AKSU application portal.
- Click START NOW
- Select Enrol, then choose PUTME
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click the arrow
- Pay a ₦2,000 screening fee (excluding bank charges)
- Upload .jpg scans of your documents (each between 120KB–150KB)
- Double-check all details
- Click Finish to submit
- Download & print your registration slip
Important Notes
- Candidates with awaiting results can apply but must upload O’level results via a JAMB-approved CBT centre
- Admission offers must be accepted within 4 weeks — or they’ll be withdrawn
- No agents or intermediaries — do not pay anyone claiming to assist
