No worries. You can still apply! Just follow these steps:
- Log in to the JAMB portal and change your first choice institution to FUASK.
- Upload your O’level results.
- Print out your change of institution slip and bring it along for screening.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for admission into FUASK, candidates must:
- Score at least 180 in the 2025 UTME.
- Have at least five O’level credits, including English and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
How to Apply for FUASK 2025 Admission
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Visit the FUASK applicant portal.
- Click “New Applicant” to create your account.
- Pay the ₦2,000 application fee online using an ATM card or generate an RRR to pay at the bank.
- After successful payment, log in to your dashboard.
- Fill in all required details. The portal won’t accept incomplete submissions.
- Print out your completed application form.
- Submit it to the FUASK Admissions Office before your screening date.
Documents to Bring for Screening
Make sure you bring the following items to the screening venue:
- Original and photocopies of O’level results
- 2025 UTME result slip
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
- Application payment receipt
