Nile University Opens 2025/2026 Preliminary Programme

Are you a student seeking admission into 200 Level without the stress of JAMB? Good news! Nile University of Nigeria is now accepting applications for its Preliminary Studies Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

This specially designed 12-month course gives you the opportunity to fast-track your university education—whether in Nigeria or abroad—by preparing you through a combination of local and international A-Level subjects.


What’s the Nile Preliminary Programme All About?

The programme helps students build a strong academic foundation tailored to their intended university course. Upon successful completion, you can gain direct entry into 200 Level of a university—no JAMB required.

Students will take three A-Level subjects relevant to their future degree, plus additional core courses. Each faculty has a custom subject combination for this purpose.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Have at least five credits (including English and Mathematics) in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, IGCSE, or equivalent, in no more than two sittings
  • Be non-JAMB candidates seeking admission via A-Level pathway

Programme Fee

The full-year tuition for the Preliminary Programme is ₦2.5 million.
