Whether you’re just completing your UTME or seeking Direct Entry into MBBS or other health-related courses, EkoUNIMED offers accredited, career-focused programs built for the future of healthcare in Nigeria.
What Courses Are Offered at EkoUNIMED?
EkoUNIMED operates through two specialized faculties:
Faculty of Clinical Sciences
- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)
- Duration: 5 or 6 years (depending on mode of entry)
Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences
- B.Sc. Human Anatomy
- B.Sc. Medical Biochemistry
- B.Sc. Human Physiology
- B.Sc. Pharmacology
- Duration: 3 or 4 years
Who Can Apply?
General Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission into any program, applicants must have:
- Five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or GCE (not more than 2 sittings)
- Compulsory subjects: English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
- UTME Score Requirements:
- MBBS: Minimum score of 200
- Basic Medical Sciences: Minimum score of 180
- Candidates may be required to undergo screening or interview.
MBBS (Direct Entry) Admission
You may qualify for Direct Entry into MBBS with one of the following:
- B.Sc. in Basic Medical or Biological Sciences (minimum Second Class Lower)
- Two A-Level passes in relevant subjects
- Valid JUPEB result with acceptable grades
Basic Medical Sciences (Direct Entry)
Applicants seeking direct entry into B.Sc. programs must meet any of the following:
- B.Sc. in a related field from a recognized institution (Second Class Lower minimum)
- NCE or ND with at least Lower Credit
- Two A-Level passes in science subjects
- JUPEB result with suitable scores
How to Apply

- Fill out the online application form
- Upload all required documents (results, identification, etc.)
- Submit and keep a copy of your application slip
