Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for OYSCATECH HND admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess five (5) O’Level credits relevant to your course.
- Hold an ND certificate with at least Lower Credit grade.
- Have a minimum of one year post-ND industrial work experience.
- OR, possess an NCE in Agricultural Science (Double Major) or Home Economics with at least a Merit grade.
If you have a PASS in your ND, you must show two years of relevant work experience.
Important Notice for Non-OYSCATECH ND Holders
If you didn’t obtain your ND from OYSCATECH, you must:
- Ensure your ND result is regularised with JAMB.
- Submit your official academic transcript from your previous institution.

- Visit the OYSCATECH admission portal
- Select either Full-Time or Part-Time HND Application
- Pay the application fee:
- Full-Time: ₦6,000
- Part-Time: ₦11,000
- Complete the form accurately
- Print and keep copies of your application
- Gather and prepare all required documents for screening
