OAUTHC Opens 2025 Nursing Admission — Here’s How to Apply Now

The Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC) has officially opened admissions for its 2025/2026 ND and HND Nursing programmes. Whether you’re targeting Ile-Ife or Ilesa, this is your opportunity to begin a professional journey in nursing at one of Nigeria’s most reputable teaching hospitals.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for this competitive programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess five (5) O-Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
- Note: NABTEB results cannot be combined with WAEC or NECO
- Be at least 16 years old by January 2025
- Score 180 or above in the 2025 UTME
- Choose OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences (Ile-Ife or Ilesa) as first choice institution
- Write UTME using the subject combination: English, Chemistry, Physics, Biology
Didn’t choose OAUTHC initially? You can still apply if you’re willing to change your first-choice institution to OAUTHC on the JAMB portal.
Where Will You Study?
Admitted students will be posted to one of two campuses:
- Ife Hospital Unit, Ile-Ife
- Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa
The final posting decision will be made by the college authorities.

- Visit the OAUTHC application portal
- Fill out the online form accurately
- Make your payments via Remita:
- ₦2,000 for Post-UTME screening
- ₦13,000 for portal access
- Total fee: ₦15,000
Your payment gives you access to:
- Online portal registration
- Screening test information
- Admission status updates
- Admission letter printing
Important: Ensure you upload your O-Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal. Failure to do so may affect your admission.
Screening Test Schedule
The Post-UTME will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT), organised by the Nursing and Midwifery Entrance Committee.
- Dates: Tuesday, 26 August and Wednesday, 27 August 2025
Application Deadline
All applications must be submitted on or before Friday, 15 August 2025.
