Auchi Polytechnic is offering two highly specialized full-time programmes under its Post-HND/Professional Diploma scheme:
1. Professional Diploma in Building Technology
This programme is designed for graduates with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology, from any National Board for Technical Education (NBTE)-accredited institution.
Admission Requirements:
- HND in Building Technology (minimum of Lower Credit)
- NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption
- Duration: 18 months (at least 3 semesters, full-time)
2. Professional Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning
This programme is tailored for planning professionals who want to upgrade their academic and practical knowledge.
Admission Requirements:
- HND in Urban & Regional Planning from Auchi Polytechnic or any NBTE-approved school
- Upper Credit, or
- Lower Credit with 2 years post-HND work experience (plus NYSC), or
- Pass grade with 3 years post-HND work experience (plus NYSC)
- Minimum O’Level subject requirements must also be met

- Visit the Auchi Polytechnic application portal
- Select “Apply for 2025/2026 Post-HND/Professional Diploma”
- Fill out the application form with accurate personal and academic details
- Pay the ₦20,000 non-refundable application fee via Remita
- Generate your RRR on the application portal
- Make payment to Auchi Polytechnic TSA Account: 1000075
- Upload:
- Recent passport photograph
- Scanned copies of your academic credentials
- Print out:
- Acknowledgment slip
- Two copies of the completed application form
- Application summary sheet
Documents to Submit
After completing your online application, package and submit the following:
- Two photocopies of your academic credentials
- Two passport photographs
- Birth certificate
- Remita payment receipt
- Printed application documents
Ensure all items are neatly placed in a file jacket and submitted according to the school’s guidelines.
