LUTH College of Nursing Opens Admission for 2025/2026: How to Apply for ND & HND Nursing Programmes
The Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) College of Nursing Sciences has officially opened its admission portal for the 2025/2026 academic session. Applications are now being accepted for the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes in Nursing.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the ND in Nursing programme, applicants must:
- Have at least five (5) O’Level credits, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- The required subjects are:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Score a minimum of 180 in your JAMB UTME.
- Ensure your JAMB profile and result are up to date. These are part of the admission screening process.
How to Apply for LUTH ND Nursing Admission
All applications are submitted online, and you are advised to apply early to avoid being left out.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit the LUTH Admission Portal
- Select the General Nursing option.
- Fill out the Account Creation Form using a valid email address.
- Check your inbox for login credentials.
Step 2: Pay the Application Fee
- Log in to your account and click on “MAKE PAYMENT”.
- You will be redirected to the Remita platform.
- Pay the ₦10,000 application fee using any of the available payment options.
Step 3: Complete the Application Form
- After payment, visit luth.gov.ng/profile
- Log in with your user ID and password.
- Fill in the ND Nursing Application Form carefully.
- Submit the form online.
Step 4: Prepare for Your Entrance Exam
- Once you submit your application, a bio-data document will be sent to your email.
- Print this document—you’ll need it for the entrance examination.
No Deadline Yet, But Don’t Wait
Although no official deadline has been announced, it’s best to apply as early as possible. Admission is competitive, and late applications may not be considered.
