UMYU Releases Merit, Second, and Third Batch Admission Lists for 2024/2025 Academic Session
Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU) has officially released the merit, second batch, and third batch admission lists for the 2024/2025 academic session. Candidates who applied for UMYU’s degree programs via the UTME can now check their admission status and take the next steps toward securing their place at the university.
How to Check Your Admission Status
To see if you’ve been admitted, follow these simple steps:
Third Batch Admission List
- Visit the UMYU Third Batch Admission List.
- Screening/Verification Dates: January 6th, 2025 – January 20th, 2025.
Second Batch Admission List
- Visit the UMYU Second Batch Admission List.
- Screening/Verification Dates: November 25th, 2024 – December 10th, 2024.
Merit Admission List
- Visit the UMYU Merit Admission List.
- Screening/Verification Dates: October 21st, 2024 – November 4th, 2024.
What to Do If You’ve Been Admitted
Once you’ve confirmed your name on the list, here are the next steps to officially accept your offer:
- Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS
- Log in to your JAMB CAPS profile.
- Accept or reject your admission offer.
- Accept Admission on UMYU’s Website
- Log in to the UMYU Applicant Portal.
- Confirm your acceptance of the offer.
- Pay the Acceptance Fee
- Make the required payment to secure your place at the university.
- Print Your Documents
- Print your admission letter and Form 01 for the screening process.
Screening Requirements
Before proceeding to the central registration, make sure to bring the following documents for the screening process:
- Admission Letter
- Duly completed Form 01
- Acceptance Fee Receipt
- Original and photocopies of your credentials
- O’Level result scratch card for online verification
Candidates who complete the screening will be enabled for central registration, and the university will announce the registration dates soon.
