Federal University of Education, Zaria Announces 2024/2025 NCE Part-Time Admission List

The Federal University of Education, Zaria, has officially released the NCE Part-Time Admission List for the 2024/2025 academic session, marking a significant milestone for prospective students. This update informs all applicants about the first batch of successful candidates who have been admitted into the programme.

How to Check Your Admission Status

Admitted candidates can now check their admission status both physically and online.

  • Physical Check: The NCE Part-Time Admission List is displayed at the SIWES Block, located behind the staircase, opposite the Undergraduate Unit Notice Board.
  • Online Check: Applicants can also view their admission status by visiting the official Federal University of Education Zaria Student Portal. After logging into your account, simply click on the Admission Tab to view your status.

Candidates who have been admitted can proceed to print their Acknowledgement Slip and then visit the Part-Time Unit to collect their official Admission Letter.

Next Steps for Admitted Candidates

  1. Admission Letter Collection: After confirming your admission, go to the Part-Time Unit to receive your official Admission Letter.
  2. Screening Process: Once you have your Admission Letter, proceed with the screening process at the Part-Time Unit.
  3. Fee Payment: Following successful screening, payment of school fees can be made at ZAFEC Micro Financial Bank, located within the university campus.

Flexible Fee Payment Option

The Acting Vice-Chancellor of the university, Dr. Suleiman Balarabe, has introduced a flexible fee payment option for NCE Part-Time students. Students can now pay their fees in two instalments — one per semester, easing the financial burden.

Start of Classes

The academic year kicks off on 6th December 2024, with lectures for the NCE Part-Time Programme officially beginning on this date.

This development is a crucial step for many aspiring students, and the university encourages all successful applicants to complete the necessary steps promptly to avoid any delays.
