LASU Announces 2024/2025 Part-Time Admission List: Here’s What You Need to Know

The Lagos State University (LASU) School of Part-Time Studies (SPTS) has officially released the admission list for the 2024/2025 academic session. This important announcement comes after the successful completion of Computer-Based Test (CBT) entrance exams held on October 19 and 20, 2024.

How to Check Your Admission Status

To find out if you’ve been admitted, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the LASU Website.
  2. Click on the “STUDENT” tab.
  3. Select “New Application.”
  4. Choose “LASU SPTS.”
  5. On the SPTS Ojo Application page, click “Check Admission Status.”
  6. Enter your application number and hit “Submit.”

Admission Categories Explained

Category A: Successful Candidates

If you’ve been selected, congratulations! You can download your SPTS Admission Letter for the 2024/2025 session. Make sure to pay the following fees:

  • Acceptance Fee
  • Medical Fee
  • Admission Clearance (LACACA) Fee

Category B: Alternative for Unselected Candidates

If you weren’t selected for SPTS, don’t worry! You can opt for admission into the Lagos State University Open and Distance Learning and Research Institute (ODLRI). If you choose this option, you’ll also be able to download an admission letter for the ODLRI and will need to pay:

  • Acceptance Fee
  • Medical Fee
  • Admission Clearance (LACACA) Fee

Important Deadline Reminder

Candidates in both categories A and B must accept their admission within two weeks from the announcement date. Failing to do so will result in the loss of your admission offer.
