Who Can Apply?
First Choice Applicants:
If YABATECH is your first choice and you scored:
- 150 or above for National Diploma (ND) Full-Time courses
- 160 or above for B.Sc Degree (100 Level) programs in affiliation with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka
Then you qualify for the screening!
Direct Entry and Second Choice Applicants:
- Direct entry candidates for B.Sc Degree (200 Level) should submit applications through YABATECH’s online portal.
- If you chose YABATECH as your second choice, you must change it to first choice on the JAMB Portal to be eligible.
Age Requirement:
All applicants must be 16 years or older by October 31, 2024. If you’re younger, please wait until you meet this requirement.
Application Process
Mark your calendars! The application window opens on Monday, October 21, 2024, and closes on Monday, December 2, 2024.

Application Fees
A non-refundable fee of N2,000 is required. Please note that this fee does not cover result verification or transaction charges. Payments can be made online or at banks, but cash payments are not accepted.

- Accuracy Matters: Ensure all information during registration is correct. Errors in your JAMB details or O’Level results could disqualify you.
- Consistency is Key: Your name and photograph must match across all documents, including O’Level certificates and UTME results. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification.
