Who Can Apply?
EDOCNS says candidates must meet two mandatory criteria:

Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, obtained from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in no more than two sittings. - Professional Requirement:
A valid licence as a Registered Midwife from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
