FUTB Opens Two Support Centres to Help Students Resolve Registration and Payment Issues
The Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB) has launched two dedicated support centres to assist students experiencing challenges during their online registration and payment processes. Although the university’s digital platform allows students to complete all procedures remotely, many still require technical guidance — prompting FUTB to provide structured, on-ground assistance.
FUTB Sets Up Help Desks for a Smooth Registration Experience
In an effort to ensure no student is left behind, the university’s Centre for Information Technology (CIT) now operates two physical service points:
- CIT Permanent Campus
- Academic Office, Take-off Site
These centres are staffed with trained personnel who help students handle issues such as login difficulties, payment confirmation errors, document uploads and other common online registration challenges. Students can walk into any of the centres during official working hours without prior booking.
Verification, Documentation and Payment Support
Beyond troubleshooting technical issues, both service points also handle:
- Physical verification of documents
- Payment guidance and confirmation
- General registration support
