BSUAST 2025/2026 Pre-Degree & Remedial Admission List Released

Benue State University of Agriculture, Science and Technology (BSUAST) has officially released the 2025/2026 pre-degree and remedial admission list for applicants of the Institute of Foundation and Entrepreneurship Studies (IFES) at Ihugh. The list is now available on the official BSUAST online admissions portal.

How to Check Your Admission Status

Applicants must first pay the admission status-check fee before viewing their results. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official portal: admissions.bsuast.edu.ng/
  2. Select “Pre-Degree/Remedial Admission Status Check”.
  3. Enter your Application Number and Full Name.
  4. Click “Proceed to Payment” and complete the N2,000 payment via Paystack.
  5. After successful payment, return to the portal to view and print your Admission Notification Slip. BSUAST admissions portal.

The slip contains essential information on registration, resumption, and next steps.

Next Steps for Admitted Students

Students who receive a provisional offer of admission should:

  1. Log in and read the IFES Registration and Orientation Guide.
  2. Pay the N20,000 acceptance fee through the portal via Paystack.
  3. Print the official Acceptance Letter for registration and onboarding details.

Required Documents for Registration:

  • Birth certificate or statutory declaration of age
  • Recent passport photographs
  • O-level results meeting programme requirements
  • Application acknowledgement slip from the original online application

Collecting the Official Letter of Admission

After online acceptance, students must:

  1. Visit the BSUAST Takeoff Campus, Ihugh–Korinya Road
  2. Go to the Office of the Registrar
  3. Collect the official Letter of Admission, which includes the Admission Number needed for portal profile creation.

Creating Your Student Profile:

  1. Use your Admission Number to create a personal portal profile
  2. Keep login details safe for future access
  3. Access fee schedules, registration links, and updates through your profile

Registration, Resumption & Orientation

  • The Bursary will release the registration schedule, user charges, and official resumption dates
  • Students are advised to regularly check the portal and official BSUAST channels for updates

Important Notes for Applicants

  • Admission checks and onboarding start Wednesday, 19 November 2025
  • Falsification, impersonation, or admission forgery may result in withdrawal of admission and prosecution
