Explanation

Chromatophores are pigmented cells of various colours namely red, yellow, brown, and black. They occur in the outer layer of the ,skin. Chromatophores enable some organisms to change their skin colour rapidly to blend with the colour of their immediate environment. Melanin is a black pigment which gives the skin it's black colour. Chromatin is the granular material found in the nucleus. It consists of DNA bound or tied to protein. During  division, chromatin condenses to form chromosomes. Carotenoid is a group of red and yellow pigments which is chemically similar to carotene contained in animal and some plants.
