Aorta  is the largest artery in the body which arches over the heart and carries oxygenated blood to different parts of the body except the lungs. The portion labelled IV is the left ventricle which pumps oxygenated blood to the aorta. The part labelled HI is the right ventricle which pumps deoxygenated blood to the lungs through the pulmonary arteries. The part labelled II is the tricuspid valves which allows one directional flow of deoxygenated blood into the right ventricle from the right auricle.
