Correct Answer

C

Explanation

a turbid water is one that is coloured and so does not allow enough light to penetrate the water. thus the amount of phytoplanktons (i.e. tiny water plants) will be very small since they cannot trap light energy for photosynthesis. a chemical reaction such as photosynthesis requires several factors to occurs. the factor that has the minimum value or occurs in every small amount in a given situation makes the reaction to slow down or stop is a limiting factors. each factors attain their optimal values, the reaction will go unimpeded.
