Explanation

Desert dwellers are living organisms found in arid region where rainfall is very scanty. Most desert mammals eg. rats live in their burrows during the day to conserve water (by not; sweating) and come out to feed .at night. They depend on water found in the. seeds and fruits they eat. Reptiles and insects have waterproof, outer covering and excrete dry uric acid (instead of urine) to conserve water rainforest animals (arboreal i.e. living on trees and non arboreal ) obtain enough water from the abundant leaves and fruits they feed on.
