Cerebellum controls skeletal muscles (muscular activity) that is muscles attached to bones to bring about movement and maintain body balance and posture. Reflex action is an involuntary response of the body to a stimulus involving only the spinal cord. Once the effects of the hormones are over, they are destroyed and excreted out of the body.
