Correct Answer

Explanation

Hypertonic solution is a solution of high osmotic concentration which draws away water molecules from the cytoplasm of a living cell through the cell membrane once the cell is immersed in it. The cytoplasm of the living cell has low osmotic concentration that is hypotonic solution. Deionized water is ionized water in which materials like calcium, magnesium etc that cause hardness of water have been removed. Isotonic solution is a state of equilibrium in which there is no flow of solvent from either of the two solutions separated by ' semi permeable membrane. This is to say the two solutions have equal osmotic concentration.
