The <strong>academic gowns and caps<\/strong> will be available for collection from their respective colleges starting <strong>Monday, November 17, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students must present a <strong>photocopy of their school fees payment receipt<\/strong> for the 2025\/2026 Academic Session at their College Office before collecting the gowns and caps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The university emphasized that all borrowed academic gowns and caps must be returned <strong>no later than 12 noon on Monday, November 24, 2025<\/strong>. Failure to return them on time will attract a <strong>fine of \u20a620,000<\/strong>, while a <strong>replacement fee of \u20a630,000<\/strong> will be charged for any lost item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strict Attendance and Timing Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>FUNAAB has advised all matriculating students to be seated <strong>by 9:30 a.m.<\/strong>, as all entrances to the venue will be <strong>blocked once the Vice-Chancellor\u2019s Procession begins<\/strong>. The university stressed that punctuality and decorum are essential throughout the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online Matriculation Oath Requirement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with the university\u2019s regulations, matriculation is incomplete without <strong>signing the Matriculation Oath online<\/strong>.
