Ekiti State University (EKSU) has officially extended its Post-UTME screening registration deadline for the 2025\/2026 academic session. The new closing date is Thursday, October 31, 2025<\/strong>, giving prospective candidates more time to complete their online applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the University management, the extension aims to ensure that no eligible student misses the opportunity<\/em> to participate in this year\u2019s admission exercise. The move also reflects EKSU\u2019s commitment to accommodating candidates facing technical or documentation delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis extension is to ensure inclusivity in the admission process. We encourage all qualified candidates who are yet to register to take advantage of this opportunity,\u201d the school said in an official statement.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Screening Highlights: No Written Exam This Year<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The gates are open again at Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti<\/strong>, as the 2025\/2026 admission process begins. Unlike previous sessions, EKSU\u2019s screening exercise will not involve a written examination<\/strong>. Instead, the University will assess candidates based on their academic records and credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The screening officially began on Wednesday, August 13, 2025<\/strong>, and welcomes both Post-UTME and Direct Entry candidates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants who scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME<\/strong> and are willing to make EKSU their first choice on JAMB CAPS<\/strong> are eligible to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, candidates from Pre-Degree and JUPEB programmes<\/strong> who passed their qualifying examinations can also register. Students awaiting their WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results<\/strong> are advised to apply once results are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Apply for EKSU Post-UTME 2025\/2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  4. Select \u201c2025\/2026 PUTME Application.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. If EKSU is your first choice, your details will appear automatically. If not, fill them manually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click \u201cPAY NOW\u201d<\/strong> to pay for the screening form online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Upload a 1×1 inch passport photograph with a red background (JPEG format)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Enter your O\u2019Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)<\/strong> from not more than two sittings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
