The event, starting at <strong>9:00 a.m.<\/strong>, will not only celebrate academic milestones but also feature the commissioning of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Distinguished Guests to Grace the Occasion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a notice signed by the College Registrar and Secretary to the Academic Board, <strong>Barrister Augustine E. Udoibit<\/strong>, the ceremony will bring together top political leaders, scholars, and dignitaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the special guests expected are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, PhD<\/strong>, Governor of Akwa Ibom State and Visitor to the College \u2013 <em>Special Guest of Honour<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari, CFR<\/strong>, Chairman, Board of Trustees of TETFund and former Governor of Katsina State \u2013 <em>Guest of Honour<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professor Ubong E. Umoh<\/strong>, Commissioner for Education \u2013 <em>Chairman of the Ceremony<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professor Matthew Nsing Ogar<\/strong>, University of Cross River State, Calabar \u2013 <em>Guest Lecturer<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This blend of leadership, scholarship, and state governance reflects the significance placed on the convocation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Graduating Classes to Be Honored<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The convocation will cover graduating students from the <strong>2015\/2016 to 2019\/2020 academic sessions<\/strong>.
