Here\u2019s the breakdown:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Saturday, October 11, 2025<\/strong>: Faculties of Administration, Arts, Environmental Design and Management, Education, Law, and Social Sciences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sunday, October 12, 2025<\/strong>: Faculties of Agriculture, Basic Medical Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Computing Science and Engineering, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After arrival, freshers will begin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Online course registration<\/strong>: October 13, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Orientation programme<\/strong>: October 13 \u2013 17, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ICT training<\/strong>: October 20 \u2013 24, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OAU Resumption Date for Returning Students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Returning undergraduates are expected back on campus on <strong>Sunday, October 26, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lectures for all students<\/strong>: Begin Monday, October 27, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Normal course registration<\/strong>: Closes October 31, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Late registration (with penalty)<\/strong>: November 24 \u2013 28, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Matriculation ceremony<\/strong>: December 3, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OAU Academic Calendar 2024\/2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Harmattan semester is scheduled to run until <strong>March 2026<\/strong>, consisting of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>13 weeks of lectures<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 week of revision<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Examinations and a short break<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Afterward, the <strong>Rain Semester<\/strong> is set to commence on <strong>Monday, March 30, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final Note<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For freshers, this marks the beginning of a new adventure. For returning students, it\u2019s another step forward in their academic journey.
