University officials made it clear that this is the <em>final extension<\/em> and no further grace period will be given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What This Means for Candidates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This extension provides another opportunity for UTME and Direct Entry applicants who have either not activated their screening profile or have pending submissions. Admission season is here, and UNIMAID is urging candidates not to wait until the last minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From <strong>Monday, August 11, 2025<\/strong>, the portal has been open for Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening, and with this extension, applicants have just a few more weeks to finalize their registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Can Apply for UNIMAID Screening?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>First-choice applicants<\/strong>: Only candidates who chose UNIMAID as their first choice in the 2025 JAMB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UTME candidates<\/strong>: Minimum score of <strong>150<\/strong> (note: some courses require higher cut-off marks).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Direct Entry candidates<\/strong>: At least <strong>Lower Credit<\/strong> in ND\/HND or <strong>Merit<\/strong> in NCE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>O\u2019Level requirements<\/strong>: Minimum of <strong>five credits<\/strong> including English and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Correct subject combination<\/strong>: As specified by JAMB for your chosen course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>JAMB CAPS upload<\/strong>: O\u2019Level results must be uploaded to your JAMB CAPS profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accepted results<\/strong>: Only results directly sourced from <strong>WAEC, NECO, NABTEB websites<\/strong> or certified photocopies will be valid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Screening Fee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates are required to pay a <strong>non-refundable fee of \u20a62,000<\/strong> via the Remita platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-Step Application Guide<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Visit the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unimaid.edu.ng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UNIMAID website<\/a>\u00a0and click on the Post-UTME\/Direct Entry Screening link, or go directly to <strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.umstad.online\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UMSTAD Online<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in with your <strong>JAMB Registration Number<\/strong> as username and use the default password: <strong>unimaid@2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload a recent <strong>passport photo<\/strong> (not less than 200KB) and select your course of study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your active <strong>phone number and email<\/strong>, then generate your Remita invoice and pay the \u20a62,000 fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in your <strong>bio-data, O\u2019Level\/Advanced Level results<\/strong>, and upload all required documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review carefully, then <strong>submit<\/strong> your application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Need Assistance?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong>: admissionsoffice@unimaid.edu.ng<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phone<\/strong>: +234 803 572 8933<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final Note<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If UNIMAID is your target, <strong>don\u2019t delay<\/strong>.
