The screening exercise will run for just <strong>one week, from Monday, 8th September to Monday, 15th September 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FUHSO Programmes and Cut-Off Marks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The university has released the minimum UTME cut-off marks for its programmes. Candidates must meet or exceed these scores to be eligible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>MBBS (Medicine and Surgery)<\/strong> \u2013 230<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pharmacy (Pharm. D.)<\/strong> \u2013 210<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.)<\/strong> \u2013 200<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS)<\/strong> \u2013 200<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Public Health and Epidemiology<\/strong> \u2013 180<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biochemistry<\/strong> \u2013 180<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Microbiology<\/strong> \u2013 180<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Computer Science<\/strong> \u2013 180<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chemistry<\/strong> \u2013 160<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biostatistics<\/strong> \u2013 160<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biological Sciences<\/strong> \u2013 160<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mathematics<\/strong> \u2013 160<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Physics<\/strong> \u2013 160<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Candidates transferring from other universities must update their JAMB profile and choose FUHSO as their <em>first choice institution<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria for FUHSO Post UTME \/ DE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify, candidates must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Score at least <strong>160 in UTME<\/strong> and meet the specific cut-off mark for their chosen programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have <strong>five O\u2019Level credits<\/strong>, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload O\u2019Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be at least <strong>16 years old by 30th September 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure their <strong>UTME subject combination<\/strong> aligns with the chosen programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For <strong>Direct Entry (DE):<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold IJMB, HND, NCE, OND, or a first degree in relevant fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload and verify A\u2019Level results from previous schools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note: Candidates with <em>awaiting results<\/em> are not eligible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any course change must be done via JAMB before the screening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply for FUHSO Post UTME 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Application is strictly online, and candidates are advised to follow these steps carefully:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Pay <strong>\u20a62,000<\/strong> via <strong>Remita<\/strong> in favour of FUHSO (Service Name: <em>Student Charges<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send proof of payment to <strong>screeningfuhso@gmail.com<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A registration link will be sent to your email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the form, upload required credentials, and attach proof of payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify all information and submit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Warning:<\/strong> Applicants who do not meet the requirements should not attempt to register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why FUHSO?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo, is one of Nigeria\u2019s specialized universities, designed to train future professionals in medicine, health sciences, and technology.
