The Federal University of Education, Zaria (FUEZ) has officially announced the dates for the screening exercise of newly admitted students. All incoming students are required to attend and complete the screening process between Wednesday, February 12th and Saturday, February 15th, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the PHE Multipurpose Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To successfully complete the screening, students must present the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Original Results:<\/strong> WASC\/WASSC\/NABTEB\/SSC results or statements of results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. NCE\/Diploma Certificate:<\/strong> Original statement of result or certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. State of Origin\/Indigenization Certificate:<\/strong> Original copy required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Birth Certificate\/Declaration of Age:<\/strong> Original copy required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Direct Entry Registration Slip:<\/strong> For Direct Entry students only (original).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Reference Letter:<\/strong> A letter of good conduct from a reputable person on official letterhead, stamped and valid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Passport Photographs:<\/strong> Eight recent passport photos on a white background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Photocopies:<\/strong> Photocopies of all the original documents listed above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. WAEC\/NECO\/NABTEB Scratch Cards:<\/strong> For students who do not have physical certificates; these can be purchased at the screening venue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Remitta Payment Slip:<\/strong> Proof of payment for 2023\/2024 school fees, confirmed by the Bursary Department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. JAMB Admission Letter:<\/strong> A photocopy is required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
