Faculty Officers will guide students into the hall at 8:30 AM. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry, so punctuality is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Pre-Ceremony Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Academic Gown Collection<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong>: Wednesday, 5th February 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: Respective Faculty Offices<br>All matriculating students are required to collect their academic gowns from their Faculty Offices ahead of the ceremony. Students who fail to collect their gowns on the designated date risk delays and may miss important parts of the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dress Code and Conduct Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dress Code<\/strong>: Proper attire is mandatory for all students attending the ceremony.
