The event will take place on <strong>Saturday, February 1, 2025<\/strong>, across both the Abraka and Oleh campuses of the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Details of the Matriculation Ceremony<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Abraka Campus<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 9:00 AM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Venue:<\/strong> Convocation Arena, Site III, Abraka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Important Note:<\/strong> All matriculating students are expected to be seated by <strong>8:30 AM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oleh Campus<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 11:00 AM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Venue:<\/strong> 1000-Seating Capacity Lecture Theatre, Faculty of Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Important Note:<\/strong> Students must be seated by <strong>10:30 AM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gown Collection and Return Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure a smooth process for gown collection, Faculty Officers will handle distribution starting <strong>Monday, January 27, 2025<\/strong>. Students are advised to pick up their gowns at the Faculty Offices during the following hours: <strong>8:00 AM to 4:00 PM<\/strong>. Collection will close on <strong>Friday, January 31, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gown Return:<\/strong><br>All gowns must be returned in good condition by <strong>Monday, February 3, 2025<\/strong>. A <strong>\u20a61,000<\/strong> penalty will be charged for each day a gown is late, while any lost or damaged gowns will incur a replacement fee of <strong>\u20a610,000<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Important Notice:<\/strong><br>Gowns are strictly prohibited from being rented out to photographers. Any gowns involved in such activities will be confiscated by security, and violators will face disciplinary actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attendance and Ceremony Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Attendance at the matriculation ceremony is <strong>mandatory<\/strong> for all newly admitted students. Lateness will not be permitted. Faculty Officers are responsible for ensuring that students adhere to all event instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Invitation to the University Community<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The entire DELSU community is invited to witness this significant event.
