This initiative aims to develop the next generation of leaders who will strengthen health systems and drive research across the African continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Full coverage of tuition fees, including any mandatory field trip costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A tax-free living stipend of \u00a322,000 to help cover expenses during the study period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><br>To be considered for this life-changing opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Be a national of, and residing in, a sub-Saharan African country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan to return to sub-Saharan Africa after completing the MSc programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate financial need by confirming they cannot afford the program without the scholarship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet the English language requirements of LSHTM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold a first degree with at least a first-class or upper second-class equivalency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have an offer of admission to a London-based MSc programme at LSHTM for the 2025-2026 academic year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference will be given to those who show potential to contribute to public health or health-related research in Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br>The application process is simple and consists of two steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Step 1: Apply for the MSc Programme<\/strong><br>Visit the LSHTM website and apply for a London-based MSc programme for the 2025-2026 academic year. Be sure to follow the \u201cHow to Apply\u201d section for specific instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Step 2: Apply for the GSK Scholarship<\/strong><br>After submitting your MSc application, you will receive an email with a link to the scholarship portal.
