This comprehensive schedule is designed to guide students through important dates and activities throughout the year, ensuring a smooth academic journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">First Semester Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Returning Students Registration:<\/strong> October 28 &#8211; November 8, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fresh Students Registration and Clearance:<\/strong> October 28 &#8211; December 6, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>First Semester Lectures Begin:<\/strong> November 4, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Orientation for Fresh Students:<\/strong> December 16 &#8211; 20, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Matriculation Ceremony:<\/strong> January 8, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lectures Conclude:<\/strong> January 17, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Revision Week:<\/strong> January 20 &#8211; 24, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Examinations Start:<\/strong> January 27, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Examinations End:<\/strong> February 7, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Semester Break:<\/strong> February 10 &#8211; 21, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Following exams, results will be processed and reviewed, with a special Senate meeting to finalize the first semester results on February 25, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Second Semester Schedule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Registration for Second Semester:<\/strong> February 24 &#8211; March 7, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lectures Begin:<\/strong> February 24, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lectures End:<\/strong> May 16, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Revision Week:<\/strong> May 19 &#8211; 23, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Examinations Start:<\/strong> May 26, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Examinations End \/ End of Session:<\/strong> June 6, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Break for 100L &amp; 200L Students:<\/strong> June 9 &#8211; September 12, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SIWES (Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme) for 300L Students:<\/strong> June 16 &#8211; September 5, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Marking and results processing for the second semester will take place from June 2 to June 20, with a Senate review scheduled for June 24, 2025. A long vacation will follow, from June 26 to September 12, 2025, before the new academic session begins on September 15, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important Notes for Students<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Each semester consists of <strong>12 weeks of lectures<\/strong>, a <strong>1-week revision period<\/strong>, and <strong>2 weeks of examinations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results will be processed within <strong>2 to 3 weeks<\/strong> after each semester.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The SIWES program lasts <strong>12 weeks<\/strong> for 300L students, offering valuable practical experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This structured academic calendar aims to enhance the educational experience for all students at LASUSTECH, ensuring they are well-prepared for each stage of their academic journey.
