The scholarship seeks to assist vulnerable students struggling to pay their registration fees and maintain enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A circular issued by the Office of the Vice Chancellor on <strong>16 February 2026<\/strong> invites eligible students to apply. According to the notice, the <strong>Benevolent Committee<\/strong> will carry out the selection process, ensuring that only truly indigent students benefit from the scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Can Apply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The scholarship targets <strong>students who are unable to pay their registration fees<\/strong> due to financial hardship.
