Members of the university community have been urged to strictly comply with the guidelines to ensure a smooth and dignified event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Academic Procession to Begin at 9:00 a.m.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the circular, the grand finale of the convocation will begin with an <strong>academic procession scheduled for 9:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All members of the <strong>University Council, Senate and Congregation<\/strong> are mandated to participate in the procession. Participants are required to appear in <strong>approved academic gowns<\/strong>, reinforcing the formal tradition associated with convocation ceremonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collection of Academic Gowns for Graduating Students<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The university directed <strong>faculty officers<\/strong> to collect academic gowns for graduating students from the <strong>Central Stores<\/strong> on <strong>Wednesday, February 19, 2026, by 12 noon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faculty officers are also tasked with ensuring that graduating students maintain <strong>proper conduct<\/strong> throughout the ceremony, covering all activities scheduled for the convocation day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warning Against Misconduct<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The management issued a firm warning against any behavior capable of tarnishing the university\u2019s reputation.
