The directive is clear: <strong>every affected student must appear in person with complete documentation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Documentation Dates and Venue<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The documentation exercise will run for <strong>two weeks<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Monday, <strong>19 January 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>End Date:<\/strong> Friday, <strong>30 January 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Venue:<\/strong><br><strong>Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records<\/strong>,<br><strong>New Campus, Bayero University Kano (BUK)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who Must Participate?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The exercise applies to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All current Level 100 students<\/strong>, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All current Level 200 students<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>provided they were admitted in the 2024\/2025 academic session<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This includes <strong>UTME and Direct Entry candidates<\/strong>, though some required documents differ between the two categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Documents Required (Originals and Photocopies)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BUK has instructed students to come with <strong>both original documents and photocopies<\/strong>. Missing documents may delay documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Core Documents for All Students<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All affected students must present:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>JAMB Admission Letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BUK Admission Letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Printed O\u2019level result(s) with <strong>result checker card attached<\/strong> (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed Undertaking Form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evidence of payment of <strong>acceptance fees<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of Medical Fitness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Two (2) recent passport photographs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Direct Entry students are also required to bring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>JAMB Acknowledgement Slip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BUK Direct Entry Screening Acknowledgement Slip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\u2019 Level Statement of Result<\/strong> (Direct Entry only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Requirement for UTME Candidates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>UTME candidates should come with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>JAMB Result Slip<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Optional Document<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The university listed the following as optional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Primary School Leaving Certificate or Testimonial <em>(if available)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important Notice from BUK<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BUK emphasized that this <strong>documentation exercise is compulsory<\/strong> for all students covered by the notice.
