pupil must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Be in <strong>Primary 6 (final year of primary school)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be <strong>at least 10 years old by September 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This age rule is <strong>mandatory<\/strong> and is enforced by NECO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Registration Is 100% to Register for NCEE 2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NECO\u2019s online process follows these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Open the NCEE registration portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create an account with a phone number and email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check email and activate the account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose a payment option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the candidate\u2019s details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload a passport photograph<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Print the <strong>photocard<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>NECO also provides <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neco.gov.ng\/exams\/ncee\" target=\"_blank\"
