Reporting outside the stipulated hours may not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Who Must Participate?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The directive applies to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All ND I students<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All HND I students<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are students admitted into the <strong>2024\/2025 Academic Session<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Polytechnic made it clear that <strong>attendance at the documentation point is compulsory<\/strong> for both groups. Completing this process is a condition for being recognized as a <strong>fully registered student<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Any student who fails to complete the final documentation will be treated as <strong>\u201cnot fully registered.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Late Registration Penalty<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Polytechnic has also announced a financial penalty for students who miss the deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Late registration surcharge:<\/strong> <strong>\u20a610,000 (Ten Thousand Naira)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This means any ND I or HND I student who does not complete the exercise by <strong>Friday, 6 February 2026<\/strong> will be required to pay <strong>\u20a610,000<\/strong> before being allowed to finalize their registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The institution warned that the exercise should be treated with seriousness, as it directly affects students\u2019 academic standing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> How Students Are Being Notified<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure that no student misses this important exercise, the Polytechnic has instructed all <strong>Heads of Academic Departments (HODs)<\/strong> to communicate the information to their students for <strong>strict compliance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The memo was officially signed by <strong>S.
