The update follows a resolution reached at the 72nd meeting of the institution\u2019s Governing Council and was communicated via an internal memo from the Office of the Registrar and Secretary to the Governing Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notice applies strictly to graduates who have completed all academic and administrative requirements. The announcement has been circulated to staff, students, and the broader polytechnic community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certificate Collection Process<\/strong>
Eligible graduates are advised to visit the Exams and Records Unit to collect their certificates. Each graduate must present valid identification and any necessary supporting documents to verify eligibility before the certificate is released. This measure ensures an organized and efficient distribution process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
